Stephanie has been with the Melanie Olson Design Group for four years with previous procurement and operations experience in the aerospace and concrete construction industries. Managing quotes, orders, acknowledgements, tracking, receiving and installations with efficiency, integrity and enthusiasm, Stephanie is the woman behind the curtain keeping all projects running smoothly. She tackles issues head-on, and effortlessly exceeding both client and team expectations. Stephanie brings great technical experience and skill to the team while being able to pitch in creatively when needed. Her sharp intellect and great personality make her an excellent leader. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys gardening and attending all activities for her four boys!
